List of Ingredients



• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  
• 2 tablespoons mild chili powder
  
• 2 tablespoons medium-hot chili powder
  
• 2 tablespoons lemon peel
  
• 1 tablespoon regular paprika
  
• 1 tablespoon sharp paprika
  
• 2 teaspoons salt
  
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  
• 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano, or regular
  
• 2 teaspoons coriander
  
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
  
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  
• 2 teaspoons thyme
  
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients well, breaking up any lumps. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes enough for about 8 to 10 pounds meat fish or poultry. Very good used for Beer Can Chicken.
