    Cajun Pork Roast

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Pork shoulder roast, or other cut, about 3 pounds
    • 2 tablespoons each: salt, pepper, garlic, hot peppers, and olive oil
    • 1 bottle Tiger Sauce®


    Instructions


    1. Cut garlic and peppers into slivers. Stab roast deeply with knife and insert pieces of garlic and hot peppers into holes all over. Rub all over with salt and pepper. Place in zip lock bag and pour Tiger Sauce all over. Marinate overnight.

    2. Roast at 325° F. for at least three hours, or longer, depending on size of roast, until very tender. Slice up and serve.



    Final Comments


    Note: Try roast cold and shredded next day for sandwiches with coleslaw.
