    I cut up pitas into chip sizes and bake sprayed with pam and sprinkled with garlic, pepper, and paprika. They taste great dipped in!

    List of Ingredients




    5oz. chopped spinach (frozen, defrost it)
    14oz. of artichoke hearts(no oil)
    3 bulbs of garlic
    8oz ff cream cheese
    8oz neufatal cheese 1/3 less fat
    8oz ff mozzeralla cheese
    parmesean cheese (if you want)

    Recipe



    Mix together the two cream cheeses and mozz. cheese (leave a little to sprinkle on top). Add in garlic, spinach and cut up the artichokes and add. Add parmesean cheese if wanted. Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake. I usually do it on 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until its bublly and lightly browned on top. Mix when you take it out and it is soooooo yummy hot! I usually add a little more garlic b/c i love it garlicky. Also I am not sure on the pts b/c I dont have it with me, but its easy to figure out from the packages.
