    WW Recipe Board

    Recipe Introduction

Went to Cracker Barrel with DH and DD last weekend, and DD got this there -- it looked so good I had to try duplicating it at home and making it WW friendly. Was successful, and it was great!

    List of Ingredients

2 slices whitewheat bread, with a 2-3" hole cut out of the middle (I used a drinking glass), cut out reserved
    2 large eggs
    Butter Flavor Spray

    Recipe

Spray a non-stick pan with the butter flavor spray. Lay the bread and cutouts in the Pam and cook for a minute or two. Crack the eggs in the holes in the bread, breaking or not breaking the yolks depending on your preference.

Let cook until bread is browned, then spray the top of the bread and flip over. Flip the cutouts, too. Cook until eggs are desired doneness.

I topped mine with two slices of ff sliced sharp cheese and put the cutouts on top of that. The bread/egg was hot enough to melt the cheese.

A great breakfast for only 6 points! You could add some turkey sausage, too, if you wanted.
