TUNA & PASTA CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

3 c. uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 can water - soup can full
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk (any)
1 (6-oz.) can tuna - drained
1 c. cheddar cheese - shredded
3 T. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta in broth and water until al dente. Do not
drain; add
soup, milk, tuna and mix thoroughly. Add 3/4 cup cheddar cheese and mix. Put in
an 8 x
8 baking dish, top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar. Top with bread crumbs. Bake
covered
for 20 minutes, remove cover and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until
bubbly.
Serves 4. NOTES: Can use low fat versions of tuna, soup, milk and cheese. This
can be
made ahead of time and refrigerated; add more baking time if cold.
