    List of Ingredients




    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 Tbs. coriander seeds, crushed
    • 8 peppercorns, crushed
    • 1 tsp. brown sugar
    • 3 Tbs. soy sauce
    • 4 pork loin chops, bone-in, 1 inch thick

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, except pork chops, in a bowl. Place pork chops in a shallow dish and brush well with marinade. Cover and marinate 30 minutes. Prepare grill. Remove chops, reserving marinade. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side about 6 inches from medium coals, brushing with marinade.
