    Recipe Introduction


    Select a variety of fruits for dippers, such as sliced apples and pears, sliced cantaloupe and honeydew melon, strawberries and pineapple chunks.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (8 ounces) light cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
    • 1 container (6 ounces) orange yogurt
    • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans
    • Shredded orange peel
    • Cut-up fruit, if desired


    Instructions


    1. eat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in yogurt, marmalade and nutmeg until smooth. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavors if desired.
    2. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with pecans, orange peel and, if desired, additional nutmeg. Serve with fruit.
