    Giant BBQ Sauce

    List of Ingredients






    1 teaspoon salt and pepper
    8 bottles of catsup (forgive us our trespasses)
    1 pint of vinegar
    1 large chefs size bottle of A-1 steak sauce
    1 large bottle worchestershire sauce
    1 large bottle real lemon juice
    3 large lemons sliced thinly
    8 cups of sugar to thicken, less if you desire thinner(whew)

    Mix catsup, vinegar, A-1, worchestershire, lemon juice and lemons in large pot and put on high heat, stirring continuously. Bring to just simmer and add sugar, still stirring to thicken. Slow simmer for 3 hours, stirring frequently. Remove lemons and refill (after washing) all those catsup and vinegar bottles and use liberally on food. Makes approx 2 1/2 gallons. (and big muscles from all the stirring)
