    This makes a LOT of sauce.....

    List of Ingredients




    Yield: About 4-5 gallons

    POT 1
    1 gallon Worcestershire sauce
    1 gallon hot water
    ¼ gallon white vinegar
    ½ pint liquid smoke
    ½ pint hot water
    1 case Heinz ketchup
    ¾ gallon hot water
    Heat and stir over a low fire, do not boil.


    POT 2
    2½ Tablespoons garlic powder
    2½ Tablespoons salt
    2½ Tablespoons onion powder
    Mix thoroughly, and then add:

    ½ quart lemon juice
    Stir, then add:

    1½ gallons hot water
    Then, remove Pot 1 from the stove and pour it into Pot 2 and stir.
