    1 quart Borden's Eggnog
    1 pint whipping cream, whipped (do not sweeten)
    1/2 gallon Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla
    Freshly ground nutmeg

    Fold eggnog into whipped cream. About 20 minutes before serving put ice cream in a punch bowl and break up into four big chunks. Pour eggnog mixture over it and liberally sprinkle top with freshly ground nutmeg. In 20 minutes the ice cream will soften so that you can mix it into the eggnog by cutting it into smaller chunks with a long spoon. The ice cream keeps the eggnog cold and adds some little chunks to the cups of eggnog as it is dipped out.
