    Mountain Top Granola

    List of Ingredients





    4 cups old fashioned oats
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup orange juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup Craisins (or dried cranberries)
    1/3 cup chopped dried apricots

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    In large bowl, mix together oats, sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
    In microwave bowl, mix orange juice, honey and vanilla. Microwave 1 minute or just until honey is melted and mixture is blended.
    Pour orange juice mixture over oat mixture and stir well to coat.
    Spread mixture into large baking pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until mixture is golden.
    Remove from oven and add the raisins, Craisins and dried apricots.
    Cool well before storing.

    Makes 5 cups.
