Spiced Zuchini Bread

This is from the Zo V-20 booklet.

3 large lightly beaten eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. allspice
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. orange peel

When beep sounds add:

1 cup shredded zucchini
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

bake this on the cake cycle of the zo v-20. It is a 2 hour cycle.
