    This pie freezes exceptionally well.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c sugar
    1 c packed brown sugar
    1 c all purpose flour
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c unsalted butter, melted
    1/2 c coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/2 c chocolate chips
    1 10" pie shell, unbaked


    Mix sugar, brown sugar, and flour together. Stir in the eggs and then the butter, combining well. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips. Spread in the prepared crust and bake at 325 for 60 to 70 min. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
