    Coconut Custard Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients







    Makes 2 (8-inch) pies or 12 servings.

    ¼ cup butter, melted

    1½ cups sugar

    3 eggs, beaten

    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

    1½ cups milk

    1 cup flaked coconut

    2 teaspoons vanilla

    2 (8-inch) unbaked pie shells

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour butter over sugar in a medium bowl and mix well. Add eggs, flour, milk, coconut and vanilla and mix well.

    Divide mixture between the 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake in oven until nut-brown and custard has set up and is cracked around the edges, about 40 to 45 minutes. Serve unadorned
