    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons milk

    In an 8-inch or 9-inch pie plate, mix together flour, sugar and salt. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup; whip together with fork. Pour over flour mixture, and mix with fork until all flour is dampened. Reserve about one-third of dough for top “crust.” Press remaining dough evenly against bottom and side of pie plate. Crimp edges. Fill with any fruit or custard pie filling. For topping, crumble reserved dough and sprinkle over filling. Bake as directed in pie recipe.

    Yield: crust and topping for one pie.
