    9 c pears
    1 large can crushed pineapples
    1 lime, peal and all, chopped in blender
    Add:
    5 c sugar

    Cook 20 minutes inan open kettel at a good rolling boil. Skim if necessary. Fill hot jars leaving a 1/4 inch headspace.

    Process in boiling water caner for 20 minutes
