    Acapulco Casserole

    List of Ingredients






    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni
    8 oz. dairy sour cream
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
    ½ lb. each Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese (grated)

    Cook Rice-A-Roni according to box directions. Mix together the sour cream, green chilies, and Worchestershire sauce. Put 1/3 of rice on bottom of pan, cover with sour cream mixture (½), and spread with the grated cheeses (1/3). Repeat the layer and then end with rice and layer of grated cheeses. Cook 20 minutes at 350.
