    2 lge.eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2c. fresh corn kernals
    2c. shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/2c. soft bread crumbs
    1 (4.5oz.) can chopped green chilies (drained)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2c. shredded cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to350*. Combine eggs and sour cream. Stir in corn and next 5 ingredients. Pour in 2 qt. casserole dish,bake uncovered for 30 min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 5 more min. Let stand 10 min. before serving
