    Do Ahead Spinach Casserole

    Make this the day before, then bake when needed

    List of Ingredients







    6 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped
    spinach, cooked and drained
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup,
    undiluted
    2 eggs, beaten

    Mix all ingredients and pour into ungreased casserole
    (12 x 9-inches). Let mixture marinate overnight. Bake uncov-
    ered in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
