    List of Ingredients





    1 1/2 lb. lean beef, chili ground
    1 Tbs. oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
    1 Tbs. Chile powder
    1 Tbs. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 (11 ounce) cans chili bean soup
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    1 (8 1/2 ounce) corn muffin mix
    2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    1 egg
    1/3 cup milk

    Recipe



    Sauté onion and garlic in oil in a large heavy iron skillet. When onion is tender, add next 5 ingredients and stir to mix well. Stir in soup, tomato sauce and water, blending well.
    In a seperate bowl, combine corn muffin mix, jalapeno, egg and milk, blending well. Drop in large spoonfuls around edge of the skillet. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with olives and fresh cilantro.
