    1 can whole-kernel corn

    1 can cream-style corn

    1 8 oz. Sour cream

    1 cup butter

    2 eggs

    1 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix

    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    Preheat oven. Combine the whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, eggs and muffin mix. Mix well and pour into Dutch oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until done. Should be firm to the touch. Top with cheddar cheese and let it melt.
