    Piggy Chicken

    List of Ingredients





    2 pkgs chipped beef
    8 chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless)
    8 slices bacon
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz sour cream

    Recipe



    Put chipped beef on bottom of 9" x 13" pan.
    Wrap each piece of chicken in a slice of bacon.
    Lay chicken over beef.
    Mix soup and sour cream ... spread over chicken.
    Bake at 275 degrees, covered for 3 hours ... uncover and bake for another 1/2 hour.

    Serve this with rice. Put the rice on the plate first, and then put the chicken/beef/sauce on the rice. However, spinach pasta is also good, and lends some color.
