Recipe Introduction


Drizzle over slaw tossing to coat. Note: If you have dressing collect in the bottom of the salad bowl, you used to much.



List of Ingredients





1 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/3 cup sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbsp juice from jar of pickled jalapeno chilies
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp celery seeds
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients whisking well to blend. Refrigerate until ready to use, then remove from refrigerator and allow to return to room temperature, shake or whisk well before using.

SERVINGS: about 1 cup
