    2 cups ketchup, or to taste

    � cup horseradish sauce, or to taste

    � cup chile sauce, or to taste

    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste

    � teaspoon Tabasco sauce, or to taste

    Juice of 2 lemons (about 8 tablespoons), or to taste

    Juice of 2 limes (about 4 tablespoons), or to taste


    Thoroughly combine all sauce ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl. Taste, and make adjustments to suit yourself. Makes 3 cups.
