    1 Jalapeno Chili (finely chopped)
    1/2 cup Walla Walla Sweet Onion (chopped)
    4 Tablespoons fresh Cilantro (chopped)
    2 Tablespoons Dark Beer
    2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
    Salt to taste
