    1 cup of your favorite mustard
    3 to 5 deseeded and finely chopped jalapeno peppers
    1/4 cup finely chopped onions
    1 clove garlic finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1 cup course chopped tomatillos

    Recipe
