    Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3 pounds uncooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast
    • 1 - 21 1/2 oz. can of 98% Fat Free cream of chicken soup
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 3/4 cup uncooked red potatoes
    • 1/2 pound carrots
    • 1 cube chicken bouillon
    • 1 - 7 1/2 oz Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuits


    Instructions


    1. Cube chicken. Dice onion. Cut up carrots and potatoes.
    2. Spray crockpot with fat-free cooking spray. Combine all ingredients - EXCEPT BISCIUTS - in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 5 -7 hours.
    3. 30 minutes before serving, tear each biscuit into pieces. Add to crockpot and stir gently.
    4. Turn setting to high for 30+ minutes until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.
