    Asparagus, fresh 12 spears
    Carrots 4
    Fresh basil, chopped C
    Jicama 1 medium
    Broccoli florets 1 C
    Cauliflower florets 1 C
    Sun-dried tomatoes in oil C
    Artichoke hearts, marinated 24 oz.
    Walnuts C
    Olive oil 1 C
    Yogurt cheese or ricotta cheese C
    Parmesan cheese, grated C plus 1 T
    Packaged dry Italian dressing mix - 1
    Cottage cheese, nonfat 2 C
    Mozzarella, fresh water-packed 12 oz
    Salami, sliced thin 6 oz (15 slices)
    Bread, sandwich 12 slices
    Bread, foccacia 1 loaf
    Bread, pumpernickel (Ralphs was really yummy!) 1 loaf, unsliced
    Crackers (water, pepper, poppy or sesame) 1 box
    Wooden skewers/toothpicks, 4 about 30

    Cookie cutters the kind that are just an outlined shape (usually metal)
