    Olives, black (Kalamata), pitted – 2 7 oz jars
    Onion, red – 1 small
    Garlic – 3 cloves
    Asparagus, fresh – 12 spears
    Carrots – 4
    Fresh basil, chopped – ½ C
    Jicama – 1 medium
    Broccoli florets – 1 C
    Cauliflower florets – 1 C
    Sun-dried tomatoes in oil – ½ C
    Artichoke hearts, marinated – 24 oz.
    Walnuts – ¼ C
    Olive oil – 1 C
    Yogurt cheese or ricotta cheese – ½ C
    Parmesan cheese, grated – ½ C plus 1 T
    Packaged dry Italian dressing mix - 1
    Cottage cheese, nonfat – 2 C
    Mozzarella, fresh water-packed – 12 oz
    Salami, sliced thin – 6 oz (15 slices)
    Bread, sandwich – 12 slices
    Bread, foccacia – 1 loaf
    Bread, pumpernickel (Ralph’s was really yummy!) – 1 loaf, unsliced
    Crackers (water, pepper, poppy or sesame) – 1 box
    Wooden skewers/toothpicks, 4” – about 30

    Cookie cutters – the kind that are just an outlined shape (usually metal)
