- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 9 oz. Cool Whip Topping
- 1 cup hot fudge topping, warmed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped salted peanuts
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust, baked and cooled)
Instructions
- Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture.Fold whipped topping into mixture.
- Pour warmed hot fudge into pie crust and spread evenly, then cover with the mixture. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Freeze until firm and serve.
