List of Ingredients
- 3/4 POUND CHOPPED REGULAR MUSHROOMS OR BABY PORTABELLS
- 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 8 OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
- 1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 TABLESPOON DRY WHITE WINE
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
Instructions
- SAUTE THE MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER UNTIL DARK, APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 10 MINUTES, DRAIN MUSHROOMS.
- ADD THE MUSHROOMS TO A FOOD PROCESSOR AND PROCESS WITH THE CREAM CHEESE, CURRY, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND WHITE WINE. FOLD IN THE PECANS AND REFRIGERATE. WHEN READY TO SERVE, PLACE IN A BOWL AND SPRINKLE WITH FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY. SERVE WITH TOASTED BREAD SLICES OR CRACKERS.

- YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE A 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED HARD BOILED EGGS FOR THE PECANS. THE TASTE IS SUPER.
