    List of Ingredients


    • 4 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH BASIL LEAVES OR 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS DRIED
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ROASTED RED PEPPERS, DRAINED
    • 1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
    • 12 SLICES TOASTED ON BOTH SIDES FRENCH BREAD CUT INTO1/2" THICK


    Instructions


    1. TO A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD THE GARLIC, SALT, BASIL, PARSLEY, ROASTED RED PEPPERS, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND PARMESAN CHEESE. PROCESS UNTIL PUREED AND SMOOTH. WHILE RUNNING SLOWLY POUR THE OLIVE OIL TO MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE. STOP AND SCRAPE SIDES AND PROCESS UNTIL COMPLETELY SMOOTH.
    2. TO SERVE, SPREAD ON TOASTED FRENCH BREAD.
