I GOT THIS RECIPE OVER 10 YEARS AGO, WHEN I WAS AT A FOOD SHOW WHEN I HAD MY BUSINESS. IT IS VERY DELICIOUS AND A GREAT ENTERTAINING APPETIZER.
List of Ingredients
- 1 CUP MARSHMALLOW CREAM
- 2/3 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/3 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA, OPTIONAL
- ASSORTED FRESH FRUITS
Instructions
- IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT MARSHMALLOW CREAM, SOUR CREAM, MAYONNAISE AND VANILLA ( IF USING )UNTIL CREAMY SMOOTH. POUR INTO A SERVING DISH COVERED AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
- TO SERVE PLACE THE SERVING DISH IN A LARGE BOWL FILLED WITH CRUSHED ICE THEN PLACE IT ON A LARGE SERVING PLATTER WITH FRESH FRUITS AND WOODEN SKEWERS.
- IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN ADD SOME FLAKED COCONUT TO THIS DIP TO MAKE IT EXTRA SPECIAL.
