- 8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
- 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 BUNDLE GREEN ONIONS SLICED
- 1/2 CUP BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED
- 2 CUPS MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, SHREDDED
- 12 RITZ CRACKERS CRUMBLED
Instructions
- COMBINE TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE, MAYONNAISE, ONIONS, 1/2 OF THE BACON BITS AND MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, MIXING WELL. TOP WITH CRACKER CRUMBS AND REMAINING BACON.
- MICROWAVE FOR 5 MINUTES ON HIGH OR UNTIL BUBBLY.
- SERVE WITH RITZ CRACKERS.
