Instructions
- BEAT EGG WHITES AND CREAM OF TARTAR INTO A 1 1/2 QUART BOWL UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM, SET ASIDE.
- BEAT EGG YOLKS SLIGHTLY. BEAT IN LEMON PEEL, LEMON JUICE AND MILK. ADD SUGAR, FLOUR AND SALT, BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH. FOLD INTO BEATEN EGG WHITES.
- POUR INTO 1 QUART MICROWAVABLE CASSEROLE DISH, SPRINKLE WITH COCONUT.
- POUR 1 CUP OF VERY HOT WATER INTO A 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. CAREFULLY SET CASSEROLE WITH PUDDING MIXTURE INTO THE 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE WITH HOT WATER.
- MICROWAVE UNCOVERED ON MEDIUM HIGH UNTL WOODEN PICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN, 10 TO 12 MINUTES. GARNISH WITH WHIPPED TOPPING AND MARASCHINO CHERRIES.
