List of Ingredients
- 3 CUPS SUGAR
- 3/4 CUPS PARKAY MARGARINE
- 2/3 CUPS EVAPORATED MILK
- 12 OUNCE PACKAGE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 7 OUNCE JAR KRAFT MARSHMALLOW CREME
- 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
Instructions
- COMBINE SUGAR, MARGARINE AND MILK IN A HEAVY 2 1/2 QUART SAUCEPAN AND BRING TO A ROLLING BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL 5 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT OR UNTIL CANDY THERMOMETER REACHES 238°, CONSTANTLY STIRRING TO PREVENT SCORCHING.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHOCOLATE UNTIL MELTED. ADD MARSHMALLOW CREME, NUTS AND VANILLA, BEATING UNTIL WELL BLENDED. POUR INTO A GREASED 13X9" BAKING PAN. COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES.

- MINT FANTASY: ADD 1 CUP KRAFT PARTY MINTS OR BUTTER MINTS AND OMIT NUTS.
- PEANUT BRITTLE FANTASY: ADD 1 CUP KRAFT PEANUT BRITTLE CRUSHED AND OMIT NUTS.
