- IN A SMALL BOWL WITH MIXER AT HIGH SPEED BEAT EGG WHITES AND SALT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM. FOLD IN CHEESE AND MAYONNAISE, SPOON EVENLY OVER BROCCOLI.
- BROIL SIX INCHES FROM HEAT FOR 5 TO 6 MINUTES UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
