    • 1/2 CUP SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE OR YOUR CHOICE
    • 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE


    Instructions


    1. ARRANGE HOT COOKED BROCCOLI IN A SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH.
    2. IN A SMALL BOWL WITH MIXER AT HIGH SPEED BEAT EGG WHITES AND SALT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM. FOLD IN CHEESE AND MAYONNAISE, SPOON EVENLY OVER BROCCOLI.
    3. BROIL SIX INCHES FROM HEAT FOR 5 TO 6 MINUTES UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
