Instructions
- CUT EACH WON TON WRAPPER INTO 2 RECTANGLES. LAY ONE RECTANGLE ON TOP OF THE OTHER TO FORM A DOUBLE THICKNESS. MAKE 3 ( 1/2") SLITS IN THE CENTER, LENGTHWISE. PULL ONE END THROUGH THE MIDDLE SLIT.
- DEEP FRY BUTTERFLIES UNTIL GOLDEN ABOUT 1 MINUTE OR LESS. REMOVE FROM OIL AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. SIFT CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR OVER BOTH SIDES OR COOKIES. COOL.
- THESE KEEP SEVERAL WEEKS IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER, IF THEY LAST THAT LONG.
