    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 2 EGG YOLKS
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 2 2/3 CUP FLOUR
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
    • 1 TEASPOOON VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN 350°.
    2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, CREAM THE BUTTER, SUGAR AND EGG YOLKS UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. STIR IN THE VANILLA, THEN THE FLOUR AND FINALLY ADD THE NUTS.
    3. ROLL DOUGH INTO WALNUT SIZED BALLS, PLACE 2" APART ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
    4. BAKE FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED. COOL. ROLL COOKIES IN CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR.
    5. MAKES 4 DOZEN
