OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 3/4 CUPS FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 4 OUNCE INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
- 2 EGGS
- 3 1/2 CUPS QUICK ROLLED OATS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
- COMBINE THE FLOUR AND BAKING SODA SET ASIDE.
- COMBINE BUTTER, SUGARS AND PUDDING MIX IN A LARGE MIXER BOWL AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. BEAT IN EGGS. GRADUALLY ADD THE FLOUR MIXTURE, STIR IN OATS. THE BATTER WILL BE STIFF.
- DROP BY TEASPOONFUL ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET 2" APART. BAKE FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES.
