- 1 PACKAGE ONION SOUP MIX
- 2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 1 CUP DRY WHITE WINE
- 1 CUP WHITE RICE
- 6 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
- 6 TEASPOONS BUTTER
- 6 TABLESPOONS PARMESAN CHEESE
Instructions
- MIX ONION SOUP, MUSHROOM SOUP, MILK, WINE AND RICE.
- SPRAY CROCKPOT WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY. LAY CHICKEN BREASTS IN CROCKPOT, TOP WITH 1 TEASPOON BUTTER ON EACH BREAST. POUR SOUP MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN, SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. COVER AND COOK ON LOW 8 TO 10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4 TO 6 HOURS.
