- 1 CUP EVAPORATED SKIM MILK COLD
- 1 TABLESPOON RUM FLAVORING
- 1 CUP EGG BEATERS
- 4 PACKAGES OF EQUAL OR SPLENDA
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- DASH OF NUTMEG
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE NUTMEG IN A BLENDER. PROCESS ON LOW SPEED ABOUT 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL FROTHY.
- POUR MIXTURE INTO A SAUCEPAN AND BEAT UNTIL STEAMY ON LOW HEAT. DO NOT BOIL. CHILL AND SERVE WITH A DASH OF NUTMEG.
