    THIS MAKES ENOUGH FOR 2 ( 9") OR 3 ( 8") LAYER CAKES.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 2/3 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
    • 2/3 CUPS SOFT BUTTER
    • 2 OUNCES MELTED UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE COOLED
    • 3/4 TEASPOONS VANILLA
    • 2 TABLESPOONS MILK


    Instructions


    1. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT SUGAR, BUTTER, CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA ON LOW SPEED. GRADUALLY ADD MILK AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND FLUFFY.
