- 4 3/4 CUPS SIFTED CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
- 1/2 CUP SOFTENED SWEET BUTTER
- 1/3 CUP BOILING WATER
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
Instructions
- COMBINE CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR AND COCOA. ADD BUTTER, BOILING WATER AND VANILLA.
- BEAT ON LOW SPEED UNTIL COMBINED. BEAT 1 MINUTE ON MEDIUM SPEED. COOL 20 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL OF SPREADING CONSISTENCY.
