PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS

THIS IS ANOTHER ONE OF MY FAMILIES FAVORITES.SERVE WITH A SIDE OF SPAGHETTI AND GARLIC TOASTED ITALIAN BREAD.
List of Ingredients
- 2 POUNDS SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
- 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER, MELTED
- 1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/4 CUP PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED PARSLEY
- 1/4 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.
- SPRAY A 15X10" BAKING PAN WITH BUTTER VEGETABLE SPRAY.
- IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE CHEESE, BREAD CRUMBS, OREGANO, PARSLEY, PAPRIKA, SALT AND PEPPER.
- DIP THE CHICKEN BREASTS IN THE MELTED BUTTER. DIP CHICKEN IN BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE COATING THE BREAST. PLACE IN PREPARED PAN.
- BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER AND JUICES TURN CLEAR.
Final Comments
IF YOU LIKE, YOU CAN PLACE A SLICE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN THE LAST 5 MINUTES OF BAKING.
