    PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS

    Recipe Introduction


    THIS IS ANOTHER ONE OF MY FAMILIES FAVORITES.SERVE WITH A SIDE OF SPAGHETTI AND GARLIC TOASTED ITALIAN BREAD.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 POUNDS SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER, MELTED
    • 1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1/4 CUP PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
    • 1 TEASPOON DRIED PARSLEY
    • 1/4 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.

    2. SPRAY A 15X10" BAKING PAN WITH BUTTER VEGETABLE SPRAY.

    3. IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE CHEESE, BREAD CRUMBS, OREGANO, PARSLEY, PAPRIKA, SALT AND PEPPER.

    4. DIP THE CHICKEN BREASTS IN THE MELTED BUTTER. DIP CHICKEN IN BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE COATING THE BREAST. PLACE IN PREPARED PAN.

    5. BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER AND JUICES TURN CLEAR.



    Final Comments


    IF YOU LIKE, YOU CAN PLACE A SLICE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN THE LAST 5 MINUTES OF BAKING.
