    SHRIMP OREGANATO


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 POUNDS MEDIUM SHRIMP OR LARGE
    • 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS
    • 2 GARLIC CLOVES VERY FINELY CHOPPED
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY
    • 1 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
    • 1 TEASPOON OREGANO
    • 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
    • 2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
    • 2 LEMONS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
    2. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, OIL, GARLIC, PARSLEY, OREGANO AND PAPRIKA IN A MEDIUM BOWL. MIX WELL TOGETHER, MIXTURE SHOULD BE MOIST TO THE TOUCH.
    3. BUTTERFLY SHRIMP AND PLACE FACE UP IN A BAKING PAN.
    4. PLACE A PORTION OF THE BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE ON TOP OF EACH SHRIMP.
    5. POUR BROTH AROUND SHRIMP, MAKING SURE NOT TO COVER SHRIMP AND WASH AWAY BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE.
    6. PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP IS DONE.
    7. TRANSFER SHRIMP TO SERVING PLATES AND POUR A LITTLE OF THE JUICE FROM THE BAKING PAN ON TOP.
    8. CUT LEMON INTO WEDGES AND SERVE WITH SHRIMP.
