    • 7 1/2 OUNCES SNACK WELL CHOCOLATE SANDWICH COOKIES, CRUSHED
    • 1 TABLESPOON FAT FREE MILK
    • 1/4 CUP CRUSHED HARD PEPPERMINT CANDIES, 10 EACH
    • 4 CUPS VANILLA REDUCED FAT ICE CREAM SOFTENED
    • 1 TABLESPOON SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS


    Instructions


    1. PLACE COOKIE CRUMBS IN A BOWL AND ADD MILK, STIR WELL. PRESS INTO A 9" PIE PAN.
    2. SPRINKLE THE CRUST WITH 2 TABLELSPOONS OF THE CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY.
    3. FREEEZE FOR 30 MINUTES.
    4. STIR THE ICE CREAM UNTIL SMOOTH BUT NOT MELTED. SPOON ONTO PIE SHELL SPREADING EVENLY. SPRINKLE REMAINING PEPPERMINT CANDIES ON TOP.
    5. COVER AND FREEZE UNTIL FIRM OR 4 HOURS.
