- 1/4 CUP CRUSHED HARD PEPPERMINT CANDIES, 10 EACH
- 4 CUPS VANILLA REDUCED FAT ICE CREAM SOFTENED
- 1 TABLESPOON SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Instructions
- PLACE COOKIE CRUMBS IN A BOWL AND ADD MILK, STIR WELL. PRESS INTO A 9" PIE PAN.
- SPRINKLE THE CRUST WITH 2 TABLELSPOONS OF THE CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY.
- FREEEZE FOR 30 MINUTES.
- STIR THE ICE CREAM UNTIL SMOOTH BUT NOT MELTED. SPOON ONTO PIE SHELL SPREADING EVENLY. SPRINKLE REMAINING PEPPERMINT CANDIES ON TOP.
- COVER AND FREEZE UNTIL FIRM OR 4 HOURS.
