List of Ingredients
- 3 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/3 CUP COCOA
- 3/4 CUPS APPLESAUCE
- 2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
- 2 CUPS COLD WATER
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT, BAKING SODA AND COCOA IN A BOWL.
- MIX WATER, APPLESAUCE, VINEGAR AND VANILLA IN ANOTHER BOWL. POUR INTO DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL UNTIL BLENDED.
- POUR INTO AN UNGREASED 9 X 13" BAKING PAN. BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL ON WIRE RACKS.
