- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1/4 TESPOON SALT
- 1/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP UNSALTED STICK MARGARINE
- 1/3 CUP FAT FREE EGG SUBSTITUTE
- 3/4 CUPS PLAIN FAT FREE YOGURT
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 1 CUP SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
- COMBINE THE FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING SODA AND SALT IN A BOWL.
- IN ANOTHER BOWL, COMBINE SUGAR, MARGARINE AND EGG SUBSTITUTE. BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE, YOGURT AND VANILLA ON LOW SPEED UNTIL MIXTURE IS COMBINED. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
- DROP DOUGH BY TABLESPOONS ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS AND BAKE UNTIL FIRM ABOUT 10 MINUTES. COOL ON WIRE RACKS.
