BOUGUET GARNI MIX

- 1/2 CUP DRIED PARSLEY
- 1/2 CUP DRIED THYME
- 1/2 CUP BAY LEAVES
- 1/2 CUP SAGE
- 1/2 CUP ROSEMARY
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR IN A COFFEE GRINDER THAT IS SPECIFICALLY USED FOR HERBS. JUST UNTIL COARSELY CHOPPED ( IF USING GRINDER MIX INGREDIENTS FIRST AND THEN IN BATCHES).
- PLACE 1 TABLESPOON OF HERBS INTO A CHEESECLOTH BAG OR A SQUARE PIECE OF CHEESECLOTH. TIE CHEESECLOTH WITH STRING.
- STORE INDIVIDUAL PIECES IN AN AIRTIGHT JAR OR CONTAINER.
