CHERRY CRUMB PIE

- 1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
- 1 TABLESPOON COLD WATER
- 1 ( 21 OUNCE CAN ) CHERRY PIE FILLING
- 1 9" GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 CUP FLOUR
- 1/3 QUICK COOKING OATS
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
- 3 TABLESPOONS COLD BUTTER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
- IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CORNSTARCH AND WATER UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN PIE FILLING. POUR INTO CRUST. SET ASIDE.
- IN ANOTHER BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, OATS, SUGAR AND BROWN SUGAR, CUT IN BUTTER UNTIL CRUMBLY. SPRINKLE OVER PIE FILLING.
- BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN AND FILLING IS BUBBLY. COOL ON A WIRE RACK THEN REFRIGERATE UNTIL CHILLED
